Company History
Founded in 1996, Mason Dixon Funding has its roots in the highly respected Magruder Companies, headed by our president, Walter H. (Hal) Magruder, Jr. Headquartered in Rockville, Md. with offices in Fairfax, Chantilly and Culpeper, Va., the company's corporate team has close to 100 years of collective experience in mortgage banking and the related fields of financial management, home building and real estate. In addition to Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, we are licensed in the states of Delaware, West Virginia, North Carolina and Florida, allowing us to provide mortgage banking services to longtime customers who are purchasing a second home or a vacation property.
