Lee Williams
It’s easy to see how Lee’s career has been enhanced by his belief that “building trust in
personal and professional relationships can help you achieve any goal.” In his four years with
a $100+ million/year mortgage team and the previous seven spent working in account management and
marketing for several IT government contracting clients, he perfected the “people skills”
that are essential to success in the mortgage lending business. He and his father, Fontaine,
function as a unique family team in the company’s Fairfax, Va. office and have drawn high marks
from customers and colleagues alike.
Born in Johnson City, Tenn., Lee was a toddler when his family moved to Charlottesville, Va.
and that’s where he graduated with an Environmental Science degree from the University of Virginia,
the school in whose Alumni Association he remains an active member. His recreational pursuits
include golf, tennis and hiking, but he and his wife focus much of their energies on their 18-month-old son,
with whom they live in Ashburn, Va..
