Lee Allen Smith
There are any number of formulas for success in any business. Lee has combined an entrepreneurial spirit, a wealth of "hands on" experience and a unique understanding of both the home remodeling and renovation loan industries to achieve a professional record that’s as rare as it is remarkable. His early career found him drafting plans for a custom homebuilder and starting his own home remodeling business. He then spent six years as a renovation loan officer, earning the #1 spot in loan volume for both Wells Fargo and National City Mortgage, before opening his own business--specializing in construction and renovation loans---and then joining Mason Dixon in early 2008 as the manager of the company’s newly-created Renovation division..
Lee is a fourth generation resident of Montgomery County, Md. who was born in Bethesda and now lives in Darnestown. He studied architectural technologies at Montgomery College as a precursor to pursuing his professional path. His passion for his work is reflected in his active participation in several home building/improvement groups. Whatever spare time he has is spent with his wife and two daughters.
