    Carola Salinas
    It is no case of beginner’s luck that Carola ranked among the company’s top five loan volume producers in her first few months after joining Mason Dixon in 2005. Nobody who knows the honesty and dedication she brings to every professional endeavor was surprised to learn she qualified for the prestigious Presidents Club less than a year later. A short stint as a loan originator at Mortgage & Equity Funding Corporation and several years assisting a real estate agent prepared her to meet many of the challenges that today’s mortgage industry presents.

    Her Bolivian background--she was born and raised in Cochabamba and graduated from UMSA (Mayor University of Sam Simon) in Bolivia with a B.A. in Accounting--is a big part of who Carola is and how she sees the world. Now making her home in Springfield, Va., she maintains her focus on family, caring for her three children and volunteering at the Springfield Youth Club.
