Renee Powell
A wealth of experience, an uncompromising work ethic and a reputation for being both respectful and responsive to every client have been the foundation on which Renee has built her success. Her years with Southtrust Mortgage (now Wachovia), CTX Mortgage/Pennstar Financial and New South Federal taught her the business--and gave her valuable experience in working with borrowers who presented the widest variety of personalities and circumstances. She complemented her mortgage industry activities by serving as the immediate past president of the Referral Source Chapter of Business Network International and as general manager of an Affiliated Business Arrangement with a local Alabama builder.
Born in Guin, Alabama, Renee grew up in rural communities in the western part of the state and has been a resident of Mobile for the past 12 years. She earned an Associate Degree in General Education at Snead State Junior College before beginning her professional career. An active membership in the Association of Realtors keeps this grandmother of six moving at a fast pace. Her absolute favorite pastime is fishing with her husband on the Gulf Coast, a passion she feels is the most relaxing thing to do with her free time.
