Mehdi Pirzadeh
There are many convictions that Mehdi has embraced in making his meteoric rise to the top of Mason Dixon's annual production list. Perhaps his single most critical credo is that "being successful is not just about quoting a rate to borrowers, but analyzing and achieving their overall financial objectives." Those principles have proven prophetic in his many years in the mortgage field after starting out in the software industry as a Sales Engineer for Oracle. His solution-oriented approach, combined with a personal promise to customers that their settlement sheets will match what was promised them at the time they made application, has enabled him to close over $100 million in loan volume in both 2005 and 2006, ranking him #1 in the company and among the Top 100 mortgage originators in the entire country.
Born in Tehran, Iran, Mehdi moved to the Washington area at a very young age. He grew up in Bethesda, Md. and graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems. He is now a resident of Potomac, Md who aspires to bring his golf handicap down to match those low loan rates he loves to quote.
