Jared M. Okun
When it comes to the Washington area commercial real estate market, being an investor and owner as well as a licensed real estate agent (Maryland and D.C.) gives Jared a unique--and very opportunistic--perspective on virtually any type of transaction. He does debt placement for acquisition or refinance, and his portfolio of projects includes everything from office buildings and construction to mixed use retail to hotel/motel, special purpose and land deals of all sizes. Jared is a native Washingtonian--growing up in Bethesda and now living in the District--who believes strongly in giving back to the community. He coaches a high school basketball team, serves as an out-of-house advisor to his fraternity at George Washington University and chairs a national fire safety campaign for college campus housing.
