Karen Lucey-Guess
Having hands-on experience in virtually every aspect of the mortgage banking industry gives Karen a professional perspective that produces unique insights--and satisfied clients. She began her career in the settlement department at Colonial Mortgage in the early 70's and then moved into the processing area before setting up and supervising other mortgage companies. That extensive knowledge of the mortgage lending process enables her to process her own loans and provide step-by-step coordination for each customer from contract to closing. She prides herself on building lifetime relationships with her clients; her three-time membership in Mason Dixon's President's Club reflects her ability to do just that.
A Washington, D.C. native who now lives in Ashburn, Va., Karen spends much of her free time with her two children and her one grandchild.
