    Tim Higgins
    With close to 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Tim blends his vast product knowledge with a pleasant but persistent approach to finding solutions to virtually any problem his borrowers may face during the financing process. Two years at Capitol Mortgage Bankers preceded his move to Mason Dixon Funding in 1998; his last six years with the company have produced impressive sales volume totals and earned him membership in the President’s Club each of those years. Whether it’s a new home purchase, a refinance or securing a home equity loan, his clients cherish his commitment to customer service and show their appreciation with regular referrals. He recently has devoted considerable energy to developing Mason Dixon’s business in Howard County, establishing a new office in Ellicott City.

    Tim is a longtime Washington area native who was born in Alexandria, Va., attended Gaithersburg High School and now lives in Fulton, Md. He attended the University of Maryland and graduated with a B.A. in Sociology/Psychology.
