Alex Banderas
Helping his Hispanic clients through the mortgage loan process requires special skills and
a reassuring manner. It is consistent with the customer service excellence he provides to all of his borrowers and is a big part of why Alex ranked among the top producers at Mason Dixon Funding in 2005. His experience with stated income, 100% financing and construction loans establishes a strong foundation from which to provide the right program for each member of his rapidly expanding customer base. That diversity of expertise has paid dividends for his clients and helped him earn membership in the prestigious President's Club for three of his five years with the company.
Born in Quito, Ecuador, Alex graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Kinesiology. After college, he worked for 10 years in customer service-related positions in the automobile industry, which proved to be a terrific training ground for sharpening his communication skills and his solution-oriented approach. A resident of Silver Spring, Md., he is active in several community groups, including the Engineers Club of Baltimore and the Canton Community Association.
