Steve Ballard
With 30+ years in both the mortgage banking and insurance fields, Steve has mastered
the skill of problem-solving in meeting his clients’ every request. As the branch manager
of Mason Dixon’s office in Orlando, Fla., he helps customers find a loan program tailored
to their exact needs and circumstances. His extensive knowledge of FHA, VA and
conventional loan programs, combined with the highest level of client service,
has enabled him to make most of his borrowers "clients for life."
Steve has strong ties to the Washington area, having been born in D.C. and spent much of
his life living in Falls Church, Va. He is now a resident of Ocoee, Fla., and his commitment to his career and community
is manifested by memberships in the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, Orlando Regional Realtors Association
and the Code Enforcement Board for the city of Ocoee.
